Rooms were clean, and smelled nice. The AC was on full blast which is my personal favorite. Staff was very friendly and professional

I am so thankful to everyone at this hotel. I was here for over 2 months. Great location and service. I checked in as a customer and left as family. The hotel is great and the employees are awesome. I hope I get everyone's name here, since every employee touched my heart. I have updated my ratings as they (Natalie V.) got in touch and reviewed how they intend to address my concerns and sent me the corrected receipt within 24 hours of my review below. We are all human and we can all grow and learn. Original review below: I flew in on a redeye. So my intended stay at the hotel was from 7am to 11am. The idea was for a quick nap/refresh before work meetings. I checked in on the app the day before as I reserved for the night prior to my arrival, and I indicated that I would be arriving in the early morning. Upon arrival it took them 15 minutes to get me a key card for my room. Of course a digital key wasn't available burning precious minutes off my nap time. To make matters worse once I got to my room and settled in and was about to fall asleep, they called my room to ask when I would be checking out! And then a couple of hours later, around 10:30am, housekeeping knocked on the door, even though there was a do not disturb sign. And to top it off they emailed me an incorrect receipt which is essentially blank and shows a $0 amount, and the visit doesn't show up in the Marriott app for me to lookup the receipt online. I need a proper receipt with the correct charged amount to file expenses.

Excellent, amazing. Lisa provides very excellent service at the front desk. Talks to me very respectful. Indika also very helpful with check-in. I came to celebrate to my birthday and they made my stay very special.

the service here was amazing! we didn’t have to talk to front desk that much but when we checked in it was fast and easy. the man at the front desk was super polite and greeted us kindly. he gave us complimentary water bottles and gave us the schedule of the services at the hotel. the room was very cozy. we got a king suite with a spa bath. the furniture is very comfortable and you can stream whatever you want on the TV. my boyfriend and i very much enjoyed the spa bath. it was very relaxing. we didn’t hear any of the neighbours so the noise levels were good. check out was rly quick, didn’t have to tap anything. as soon as you check out, they send out the refund for the security deposit. really great hotel for a really great price.

Very friendly staff, the room was clean and well put together, we had a Jacuzzi tub in the room so after a 15 hour drive it was a perfect soak.

This place is a hidden gem. The rooms were decent, all the amenities and then some (microwave, fridge, big TV, pool, hot tub; pool even has a pretty cool slide, however take note it is only operating on weekends). Staff were extremely friendly at reception and even had a great elevator conversation with one of the maintenance guys who was in great spirits and has a great sense of humor. To top it off, the location is wild. Tim Hortons, iHop, Wendy's, Playdium, all within a quick walk away. Oh and Costco is right there too! Would recommend!

Great I place I am still there couldn’t wait to leave to write a review exceptional service and executional staff one of the best Marriott locations I’ve stayed in supposed to be called ritz Carlton too almost all staff are very nice and very friendly people in catering the kitchen the front desk house keeping I cannot say all but almost all but all in all a great place and I want to give exceptional recognition to the manager Indika
